Child Support Enforcement

Our mission at Child Support Enforcement is to enhance the quality of life of children and families through the efficient and timely provision of our services.

Child support is a vital source of income for many single parents and can help them escape poverty. It helps provide shelter, healthcare and an education for the child. For example, financial support from the non- custodial parent, the custodial parent can provide child care so he/she can find employment or go back to continue their education. In cases where paternity is established, relationships between the child and non-custodial parent may be developed.

I feel that both parents should be responsible for taking care of their children and it’s important I do whatever I can to help parents provide a safe and healthy environment for their children through Child Support Services. I think it’s important that we all try to make a difference in our community by helping others improve their quality of life.
