Mission/Vision of the Customer Service & Information Center

​Mission Statement
The Customer Service & Information Center will be a center that is responsive to the needs and desires of its citizens and employees, and exemplary in its operation, management and professionalism.  We will accomplish this mission through four areas of concentration – Customer Standards, Growth, Cross Training and Emerald.

The Customer Service & Information Center will provide exceptional leadership and skills in the area of customer service for the entire City of Charlotte.

Hours of Operation:

Call 311 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. We are closed on weekends and City-recognized holidays. You can always access local government services on the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also access 'My Charlotte' with your smartphone at any time.
