2005 Stakeholder Process & Draft Ordinance
Throughout 2004 and 2005 a community stakeholders' group made up of local residents and interest groups that would be affected by the regulations drafted a Post-Construction Controls Ordinance. A cost analysis was commissioned at the request of City Council to estimate costs associated with the stakeholder recommended Post-Construction Controls Ordinance. The executive summary outlines the conclusions of the cost analysis. The August 2007 revisions were commissioned to include more information and additional site examples.

2007 Re-Convened Stakeholder Meetings
September 18, 2007-- The stakeholders re-convened at the request of City Council.
October 4, 2007-- The stakeholders discussed cost analyses.
October 17, 2007-- The stakeholders agreed to a revised draft ordinance.
October 23, 2007-- City Council's Environment Committee met to review the revised draft ordinance. The committee approved to recommend the draft ordinance to full City Council.
